BoardRounds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the USMLE program, the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB), the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), the NBOME, the NCCPA or any exam-prep publisher. USMLE is a program of FSMB and NBME; COMLEX-USA is a program of the NBOME; PANCE is a program of the NCCPA; Anki is a trademark of its owner. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the exams and tools our users study for.
The clues, cases and explanations in BoardRounds are written and edited for this app and are copyrighted by Lee Bublil. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish them. If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to support@boardrounds.app with the item (use Report an issue in the app to give us the clue or case number), what you believe is infringed and how to reach you, and we will review it promptly.
BoardRounds does not guarantee any exam score, grade or result, and does not predict exam performance. Content may contain errors. Medicine changes: verify anything you rely on against current authoritative sources, and follow your school's curriculum and official exam materials when they differ from ours.
Subscriptions: new subscribers get a 1-week free trial, after which the subscription starts and is charged unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. BoardRounds Premium renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
You may use BoardRounds only for your own personal, educational study. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher), that the information you give us is accurate, and that you will keep your password private and not share your account. You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publish our content, use bots or automated tools to access the app, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its servers, or use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms other users.
We may suspend or end your account or access, with or without notice, if you break these terms (for example by scraping, sharing an account or reselling content), if you abuse the service or other users, or if the law requires it. You can stop using BoardRounds and delete your account at any time in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in your Apple ID settings.
BoardRounds is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or exam, grade or career outcomes, arising from your use of BoardRounds. Our total liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for BoardRounds in the 12 months before the claim, or $0 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as the law of your place of residence permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and hold harmless Lee Bublil and BoardRounds from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the app or its content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the app must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and we consent to those courts. This does not take away any consumer rights that the law of your place of residence says you cannot give up. Please email support@boardrounds.app first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will update the date above and tell you in the app, and using the app after that means you accept the new terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, Apple’s standard license agreement and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the app.
Use of the app is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless we state otherwise. See our Privacy Policy.
