Found a mistake in a clue or case? Tap Report an issue under it in the app. Include nothing else; we get the clue or case number automatically.
Restore or manage Premium. Open Settings & account in the app and tap Restore purchases. To cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then BoardRounds. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Forgot your password. On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and check your email (and Spam).
Delete your account. Profile > Settings & account > Delete account. This removes your account and study data.
